By permission of his Excellency the Governor.  By the
American Company, at the Theatre, in John-street, this
present evening, being the 11th of January 1768, will be
presented, an English comic opera call'd, 
Love in a Village.

Young Meadows, by Mr. Wall,  Sir William, by Mr. Morris, 
Eustace, by Mr. Henry,  Hodge, by Mr. Hallam,  Lucinda, by
Miss Hallam,  Mrs. Deborah Woodcock, by Mrs. Douglass, 
Margery, by Mrs. Harman,  Rosetta, by Miss Wainwright.
Servants at the statute, by Mr. Tomlinson, Mr. Malone, Mr.
Greville, Mr. Wall, Mrs. Tomlinson, Miss Storer, &c.&c. In
the statute scene, a country dance. 
To which will be added, a farce, call'd, 
The Contrivances.
Rovewell, by Mr. Woolls,  Argus, by Mr. Morris,  Hearty, by
Mr. Allyn,  Robin, by Mr. Tomlinson,  Betty, by Mrs. Harman, 
Arethusa, by Miss Wainwright.
To begin exactly at six o'clock.  Vivant Rex & Regina.  No
person on any pretence whatever, can be admitted behind the
scenes.  Tickets to be had at the Bible and Crown, in
Hanover-Square, and at Mr. Hayes's, at the area of the
Theatre.  Places in the boxes, may be taken of Mr.
Broadbelt, at the stage door.---Ladies will please to send
their servants to keep their places at 4 o'clock.  Boxes 8s.
Pit 5s. Gallery 3s.
The Wonder is postponed on account of Miss Cheer's
indisposition.
