By the American company.  At the theatre, in John-Street,
[?] present evening, being the 14th instant December, will
be presented, the tragical history of 
King Richard III.
Containing the distresses and death of King Henry VI.  The
usurpation of the throne, by Richard, the inhuman murder of
the young Princes; the fall of the Duke of Buckingham, the
landing of Richmond at Milford-Haven, and decisive battle of
Bostworth-Field, with the death of Richard, which put an end
to the contention between the houses of York and Lancaster;
with many other historical passages.
King Richard, by Mr. Hallam, King Henry, by Mr. Morris, King
Edward, by Mr. Wall, Duke of York, by a young master. Earl
of Richmond, by Mr. Henry. Duke of Buckingham by Mr.
Douglass, Lord Stanly, by Mr. Allyn, Tressel, by Mr. Malone,
Catesby, by Mr. Tomlinson, Ratcliff, by Mr. Woolls, Blunt,
by Mr. Greville, Forest, by Mr. Roberts, Lady Ann, by Miss
Cheer, Dutchess of York, by Mrs. Harman, Queen Elizabeth, by
Mrs. Douglass.
To which will be added, a dramatic piece, call'd, 
The Oracle.
Fairy Queen, by Mrs. Douglass, Oberon, by Mr. Wall, Cinthia,
with a song, by Miss Hallam.
After which will be performed, by command of his excellency
the General, for the entertainment of the ten Indian
warriors that arrived here last Friday, from South-Carolina,
amongst whom are the famous chiefs, called Attakuilakulla,
or the Little-Carpenter, the great warrior of Estatoi and
the Raven King:  a pantomime ballet, called, Harlequin's
Vagaries.  The principal characters, by Mr. Hallam, Miss
Cheer, and Mr. Morris.
To begin exactly at six o'clock.  Vivant rex & regina.
  No person, on any pretence whatever, can be admitted
behind the scenes.
  Tickets to be had at the Bible and Crown, in Hanover
Square, and at Mr. Hayes's, at the area, of the theatre.
  Places in the boxes, may be taken of Mr. Broadbelt, at the
stage door.---Ladies will please to send their servants to
keep their places, at 4 o'clock.  Boxes 8s.  pit 5s.
