William Cobham, at the Sign of the Golden-Hand, in Hanover-
Square, intends to remove to the country, and to settle his
affairs in town, as soon as possible; by reason of which he
will dispose of the undermentioned goods, at the moderate
rate of a cent upon the sterling cost, which is at least 25
per cent less than they could possibly be imported at. If
any person shall purchase the whole, he shall have not only
the store, in which the goods are now placed, but also a
large room thereunto adjoining, at a very reasonable rate.
As to the rest of the house he intends to keep it to himself
. . .variety of printed musick, and musick paper.
