Theatre in Chapel-Street. By command of his honour the
lieutenant governor, by a company of comedians, at the new
theatre in Chapel-Street, this evening, will be presented, a
comedy, written by Sir Richard Steel, call'd
The Conscious Lovers.
To which will be added, a farce taken from Moliere, by Henry
Fielding, Esq; call'd
The Mock Doctor: or, Dumb Lady Cur'd.
Places in the boxes to be taken of Mr. Douglass, at Mr.
Hampton's, near the theatre.
No money will be taken at the door, nor any person admitted
without tickets, which are to be sold by H. Gaine, printer,
at the Bible and Crown, in Hanover-Square.
Boxes 8s. Pit 5s. Gallery 3s.
The doors to be open'd at four, and the play to begin
precisely at six o'clock.
No person can be admitted behind the scenes.
