In General Congress of the United Colonies, held at
Philadelphia, on the 10th day of May, 1775.
[A list of the regulations to be enforced; end of 2nd
paragraph] Resolved, That the following rules and orders be
attended to, and observed by such forces as are or may
hereafter be raised for the purpose aforesaid.--[articles
presented in detail] 
Art.18. Every non-commissioned officer and soldier shall
retire to his quarters, or tent, at the beating of the
retreat;. . .
Art.22.  Any person belonging to the continental army, who
by discharging of fire arms, beating of drums, or by any
other means whatsoever, shall occasion false alarms, in camp
or quarters, shall suffer such punishment as shall be
ordered by the sentence of a general court-martial.
