To be sold at public vendue, at the Merchant's Coffee-House,
on Tuesday the 14th day of July next; ten years lease, from
the first of May instant, of two houses and lots of ground,
situate on the north corner of the Vineyard, facing and
directly opposite the new Presbyterian Church; [describes
one house as a tavern] The other is a new house adjoining
the aforementioned, excepting a large gang way between the
two, designed for the use of both; it is two stories high,
has a commodious room on the lower floor of 28 feet long,
