For the benefit of the prisoners. On Thursday the fourth of
April next, in a commodious room, which is now fitted up in
a theatrical manner, for the accommodation of ladies and
gentlemen, at the sign of the Orange tree, on Golden-Hill,--
will be presented the noted Bayly's performances, by
dexterity of hand: When besides his usual performances, he
will exhibit several others, never attempted before.
Secondly, by Mr. Hymes, will be exhibited several curious
balances (besides the usual) not yet shewn by him. Mr. Punch
likewise begs leave to inform the public, that by him, his
merry family, and company of artificial commedians three
feet high, several diverting drolls, burlettas, etc. etc. 
With the curious performances of his artificial posture-
master; and a grand court of twenty-eight figures, or old
maids and bachelors assembly.  To conclude with a view of
the sea, with ships sailing, fish, etc. etc. swimming.  Care
has been taken to divide the seats properly, according to
their different prices. Boxes 3s.9d.--front seats 3s.--
second seats 2s--back seats 1s. Ladies and gentlemen may be
assured the strictest decency and modesty will be observed
in the performances.  Tickets to be had at the place of
performance.---The doors to be opened at 6, and to begin at
7 o'clock in the evening. They continue their performances
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings, for a few
weeks longer. Any set company may have a private
performance, at two or three o'clock, any day, giving four
hours notice.
