To the public. For the entertainment of such ladies and
gentlemen as please to favour me with their company, will be
performed a concert of music, every Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday evening.
I flatter myself, from the happy conclusion of the late
impending danger, and the share I have had of the public's
favour, (for which I take this opportunity of returning my
most sincere thanks) that this innocent amusement can scarce
give offence to any person whatsoever; as every possible
precaution will be used to prevent disorder and
irregularity, by the public's much obliged, and most
obedient humble servant,
[signed] Edward Bardin. King's Arms, New York.
