Charles-Town, (in South Carolina)  Feb. 27. . .  We hear
that his excellency the Governor has presented a very
handsome service of plate for the use of the parish church
of St. Michael: And that a subscription is now on foot
(which may be seen in the hands of Messrs. David Deas and
John McCall) for purchasing in England a set of eight bells,
and an organ, for the said church.
