The ceremony of the marriage of the most serene Arch-
Dutchess, with the Duke of Lorrain was performed the 12th
Inst. with inexpressible magnificence:  His Highness in his
return from Presburg, stopt for a little time, within a
League of this city, and about five in the afternoon arrived
here being accompanied by the Prince his Brother.  The Court
repaired at seven to the Aulick Church of the Augustin
Fryars:  The Gentlemen, Chamberlains and Ministers of the
Court began the procession, and were followed by the Knights
of the Golden Fleece, who preceded the Duke of Lorrain:. . .

  The Popes Nuncio, who went to Church beforehand, received
their Majesties, and the illustrious pair in the Chappel of
Loretto;  Their Majesties being seated in chairs of state,
which were covered with cloth of gold, and the Duke and
Arch-Dutchess on other chairs near the altar;  the Litanies
were song, the Nuncio read the Popes Dispensation, and the
Duke of Lorrain having drawn near the altar, having the most
serene Arch-dutchess on the left;. . . When the Nuncio had
perform'd the ceremony of marriage, Te Deum was song, with a
triple discharge of the cannon and small arms.  Then the
Court returned to the palace in the same order. . .
