Demands made by the French Troops encamped at Fahewasser,
for a capitulation.  Article III.  We demand all the honours
of war, to march from the Camp with arms and baggage, in
order to return to France, with drums beating, and colours
flying, with the equipage and baggage of the officers and
soldiers, suttlers & domesticks, the soldiers wives &
children, which soldiers and their baggage shall not be
rummaged or searched;  and that no insult be offered to any
person whatsoever.  Granted in every particular, with this
proviso, that the Fort of Munde shall surrender at the end
of twice 24 hours above stipulated. . . [there are 10
