London, May 14.  Their Royal and Serene Highnesses, the
Prince and Princess of Orange having embarked on board their
yachts at Amsterdam, on Saturday fortnight in the evening in
order to pass the Zuider Zee to Friesland, weighed anchor
soon after with a fair wind, and made the port of Harlingen
in Friesland by eleven on Sunday morning.  There Highnesses
landed under tripple discharge of the artillery of the place
and were received with all possible marks to joy and
respect.  They proceeded directly on their journey to
Lewarden, and on Tuesday se'night made their publick entry
there in the following manner.
I.  Eight Grooms leading each a sumpter horse very richly
caparisoned.
II.  A detachment of horse, proceeded by a kettle drum
beating and four trumpets sounding.  They were followed by
eleven officers on manag'd horses, and having plumes of
white feathers in their hats.
III.  The Prince's Left-Guards
IV.  Col. Steirsum on horseback, follow'd by twenty-two
footmen, each leading a sumpter horse.
V.  A kettle-drum and ten trumpets

Prince of Orange, Ladies of the Princess Royal's Bedchamber,
Maids of Honour, etc., and the nobility and gentry of the
city.  There is also a description of the procession and
illumination of the city to welcome the return of the Prince
of Orange with his consort.]
