London . . . August 3. On the 9th day of July 1751, a fine
statue of his present Majesty was erected, at the publick
expense, in the square of the town of St. Helier in the
island of Jersey, with the following ceremony. . . [9 lines,
troops, officials assembled] As soon as this was done,
notice was given to the squadron to begin their march, with
drawn swords, and trumpet sounding, which they immediately
