By a private letter from Parma, dated May 11, we are informed, that the people are exceeding exasperated at the vast swarm of French lately arrived there, who have set up coffe-houses, barbers, and hair cutters, without number, exclusive of taylors, shoemakers, glovers, perfumers, and dancing-masters, who have taken up their quarters not in the capital only, but in every town throughout the Dutchy. |
