Extract of a letter from the Hague, July 13. We have strong
assurance here, that the Elector Palatine has within a few
days past, caused private overturnes to be made to the Queen
of Hungary; and that this Prince who is dreadfully
apprehensive of being exposed to the resentment of France,
only waits to see what effects the army of the Grand Duke
will have before he openly declares himself. The minister
from Hungary and, two others of the same party, give out
this change of the Elector Palatine, as certain and
infalliable. On the other hand the Abbe de la Ville says
positively, that before the end of the campaign, his most
Christian Majesty will cause Te Deum to be in the great
church of St. Gudule at Brussels, for the uninterrupted
success thereof.
