London, Sept. 17. The ball at the Queen's house on Monday
night was opened by his Majesty and her Grace the Dutchess
of Ancaster, and his Danish Majesty danced with the Queen,
who, notwithstanding her being pregnant, danced with great
ease. At the conclusion, which was near five in the
morning, his Majesty and the Dutchess of Ancaster closed the
entertainment with a minuet, and about six o'clock their
Majesties retired.
Her Royal Highness the Princess Dowager of Wales, the two
Princes of Saxe Gotha, and Princess Amelia, were at the ball
at the Queen's palace on Monday evening.
