That an address was presented to his Majesty by the Aldermen
of London on the Peace, which was most graciously received: 
The acclamations of their fellow citizens were testified in
the most extraordinary manner by a general hiss; the bells
at several of the churches were muffled, and gave them a
dead peel as they pass'd along the streets.
