When the trumpet sounds to arms, and the tempest of war are
heard from afar, then the patriotic hero flies to the relief
of his devoted country.
This observation may be very justly applied to those brave
and worthy men, who lost their lives in defending our
American liberties and privileges on the 19th of April last,
and in several engagements since, with the ministerial
regular troops, under command of Gen. Gage; . . . [22 more
