London. Dec.10. A little before the play of Barbarosa began
on Friday at Covent Garden, a young lady of fashion came
late into the King's box, with three daughters of above five
years old, all twins, exactly of a size and shape, and
perfectly alike in features; there was no knowing one from
the other: they were very handsome and their dresses being
exactly alike to their persons added to the prettiness of
the appearance. The audience were so struck with the
singularity of the thing that they made a great applause,
and the little creatures curteseying to it made their
obeisance so exactly all at once, that they seemed as if one
mind inspired them.
