William Appleton, Informs his customers and others, that he
has for sale, at his shop at the Sign of the Bible and
Crown, in Queen Street, Portsmouth.
A very valuable collection of books and stationary--and
likewise, a fine assortment of jewellry, which he will sell
at the very lowest rate for cash.--Among which are the
following books;
Lord Raymonds Reports, 2 volumns folio; Blackstone's Comment
on the Laws of England, 2 vol. quarto; Blackston's Law
Tracks 2 Vol. Barn's Notes 2 vol.  Gilberts Cases in Law and
Equity; Laws of Bills of Exchange; Jacob's Law Dictionary;
Burn's Justice 4 vol.  Shaw's ditto, 2 vol.  Cunningham's
ditto, 2 vol.  The Clark's Instructor in the Practice of the
Court of King's Bench; Jacob's Law Grammar; The Law of
Attornies and Solicitors; Tansur's Royal Melody; Baiey's,
Dyche's Fenning's Johnson's and the University English
Dictionary; . . . [20 lines of goods] Bibles of all sizes
from 4 s. to 10 dollars; Common Prayer Books of different
sizes; Watt's Psalms and Hymns, bound together, separate,
with or without tunes:  Tate and Bradey's Psalms;
Testaments, spelling Books, Psalters and Primers, by
wholesale or retail, also, a fine assortment of books in
history, travils, novels, and Bickerstaff's Almanack. . .
