Extract of a private letter from Berlin, dated Dec. 10.  We
are tomorrow, in consequence of a royal order, to sing Te
Deum here, for the most signal and most complete victory
that has been gained by our most illustrious monarch, of
which we had an indistinct account by a courier who arrived
on the 8th, a little before ten at night.
