London.  Octob. 5.  A Jew has been publickly whipp'd thro'
the High Streets of Rome, with a paper pinn'd to his back,
denoting his crime in large characters to be blasphemy.  A
trumpet sounded before him, and the mob followed pelting him
with rotten fruit and rubbish.
