From the Russian Camp before Dantzick, June 29.  Demands
made by the French troops encamped at Fahrwasset, for a
capitulation.  Article. . .  III.  We demand all the honours
of war, to march from the camp with arms & baggage, in order
to return to France, with drums beating, & colours flying,
with the equipage and baggage of the officers & soldiers,
suttlers and domesticks, the soldiers wives & children,
which soldiers and their baggage shall not be rummaged or
searched; and that no insult be offered to any person
whatsoever.  Granted in every particular, with this proviso
[when on board ships the arms to be surrendered] . .
