A number of sailors travelling from hence to New-London, to
go on board the Don Carlos, made such a disturbance with a
drum they had with them, on the Lord's day as they went
thro' Providence, that they were there taken up, and fin'd
25s each, and fifteen pounds charges, and then discharg'd.
