London, April 11.  Last night several persons were seized
for insulting Sir Robert Walpole as he passed through the
Court of Requests from the House of Commons, but were
discharg'd again:  And last night bonfires, ringing of
bells, and other demonstrations of joy were shewn thro'out
the city, on account of the excise bill being put off.
