By the last letters from Parma we learn, that the Grand Duke of Tuscany had sent to Don Carlos, on account of his birth-day, (which was the 20th past) many deer, wild boars, and other game, part of which he distributed to the lords of his court; and the same evening the Infant Duke gave a ball to the ladies of Parma, which lasted till next morning, during which the company was served with all sorts of refreshments. |
