Parma, Jan. 3.  As soon as the solemnity of the installation
was ended in the Great Hall of the Palace the 29th of last
month, the Dutchess Dowager Dorothea went to a little
chappel erected for that purpose just without St. Michael's
Gate, and again demanded possession; whereupon the Imperial
Plenipotentiary presented the keys of the city to her, and
she ordered the gate to be shut, & immediately opened again. 
This done, she return'd into the city, the guns firing, &
the bells ringing, strewing the new medals of the Infante
Duke all the way she went, the streets being finely adorned
with tapestry, and lined with Germa troops, who soon after
delivered up all their posts to our men; and General Stampa
set out for Venice, saluted with the discharge of the
cannon. . .
