Petersburgh, August 16.  On Sunday morning last peace with
the Ottoman Porte was proclaimed in four different parts of
this capital by a Master of the Guards; who officiated as
Herald on that occasion; and immediately afterwards her
Imperial Majesty, accompanied by the Grand Duke and
Dutchess, proceeded to the Church of Cason, where, after the
celebration of the Mass, Te Deum was sung, at which all the
nobility and foreign ministers were present. . .
