On the evening of the 6th instant, a large number of people
collected at Plimouth, in consequence of the bells ringing,
drums beating, &c. when they were informed, that a visit was
proposed the succeeding day to N. Ray Thomas, of Marshfield,
one of Lord North's new-fangled peace-officers. . .
