Mr. Wilkes having been so unsuccessful in his endeavours to
gain preferment by his writings, is now determined to make
trial of his abilities as an orator. . . [9 lines, training,
preparation of pulpit.]  He intends to deliver his first
oration in St. George's Fields, when he will illustrate and
make his observations on the tragedy that was acted there.
