Meeting-House, from Zechariah. . . [at bottom of second
column:]  Or, do you suppose yourself a licensed person? 
Sir, Are you not in jest?  and instead of the Apostolic
method of manifestation of truth commending themselves to
every man's conscience in the sight of God, are you not by
manifesting oratory, commending yourself to the passions of
men?  Believe me, Sir, when you came to that, I was ready to
suspect you might then be acting as guilty a part in a
stage-play as ever you did in your youth. . .
