By authority.  Theatre.  By the American Company of
Comedians, this evening, being Friday the 12th of Dec. 1783,
will be presented, a tragedy, called Richard III.
Richard, by a gentleman; being his first appearance- King
Henry, Mr. Heard; Duke of Buckingham, Mr. Wall; Catesby, Mr.
Smith; Lord Stanley, Mr. Davids; Lieutenant of the Tower, M.
Lewis; Prince Edward, Master Snyder; Duke of York, Miss
Wall; Richmond, Mr. Ryan. Queen Elizabeth, Mrs. Hyde Duchess
of York, Miss Edwards; Lady Anne, by Mrs. Ryan. 
To which will be added, a farce, called The Irish Widow.
Whittle, Mr. Davids; Nephew, Mr. Smith; Bates. Mr. Lewis;
Thomas, Mr. Ryan; Kecksey, Mr. Heard. The Widow Brady, (with
the Epilogue Song,) by Mrs. Hyde.
Ticket to be had at Mr. James Young's, in Market-Street; at
the Exchange-Coffee-House, Fell's Point; and of Mr. Willis,
next door to the Theatre, where boxes may be taken.  Box
7s.6d.  Pit, 5s.
