Philadelphia,. . . February 2.  Everybody (says a
correspondent) must rejoice to see the late agreeable
changes in the state of public affairs.  Order, economy, and
justice, begin to prevail every-where.  The widoy, the
orphan, the aged citizen, and the half-starved soldier sing
for joy, at the bare mention of the name of Mr. Morris, to
whose abilities and industry we are indebted for the revival
of public and private credit. . .
