London, September 14. Great preparations are actually
making at Vienna, for the reception of the grand Duke and
Dutchess of Russia, who are shortly expected in that
capital. . . [14 lines] Count Brigido, president of the
regency of Austrian Poland, has been already appointed to
receive their highnesses on the frontier; and is to keep
open table, and to entertain them with balls, concerts, and
plays; for which purpose a company has been engaged, and is
to travel in the suit of the Count to Vienna.
