Annapolis, March 27.  On Friday last, between the hours of
twelve and one o'clock, "his Excellency Thomas Johnson, Jun.
Esq; governor of the State of Maryland," was proclaimed at
the stadt-house, in the presence of a great number of
people, who expressed the highest satisfaction on the
