We learn from Joppa, that a special messenger came to that
town on Sunday last, with the agreeable news of the repeal
of the Stamp-act.  The same being immediately communicated
to the inhabitants, the greatest joy appeared imprinted in
every countenance. . . [3 lines] the evening was usher'd in
with the ringing of bells, and every other decent signal of
joy. . .
