[Surrender of Havannah] . . .  On Tuesday the 10th of
August, at 12 o'clock, my Lord Albemarle sent an officer,
with a drum, to the Governor of the Havannah, to demand
possession of the city; and in case of refusal, to acquaint
him, that he would set fire to it next morning. . . [11
lines] At which time the Governor sent out 3 officers with a
drum, in order to desire time to think of terms of
capitulation; which was granted. . .
