Anspach, August 26. . . [86 lines describing the ceremony
for investing Charles William Frederic, the Margrave of
Brandenbourg Anspach, with the whole habit and ensigns of
the most noble order of the Garter].
     The music played for some time; and when it ceased, Sir
Charles Hanbury Williams rose up, and making an obedience to
the sovereign's stall, and to the margrave, made a speech in
French . . . [followed by 8 lines describing the ceremony].
     The music then played for some time, during which his
highness reposed himself in his stall, and the commissioners
plenipotentiaries sat down in their chairs . . . [18 more
lines describing the ceremony].
     The proclamation of the styles being made, the trumpets
sounded, and the kettle drums beat, and a general discharge
of cannon was made . . . [15 more lines conclude the
description].
