London. February 18. Yesterday it was currently reported,
that Brussels was actually in the hands of the French, . . .
[3 lines] giving an account of a grand assault upon
Brussels, in which the enemy were repulsed with great loss.
. . . [21 lines] so that the firing discontinued.  Upon this
good fortune all the bells in Brussels were set a ringing,
and Te Deum was sung.
