Articles of capitulation [of Fort Cornwallis at Augusta,
Georgia] proposed by Lieut. Col. Brown, and answered by
General Pickens, and Lieut. Col. Lee. . . Art. 6.  The
garrison at an hour appointed shall march out with
shouldered arms and drums beating, to a place to be agreed
on, where they will pile their arms. . . [Articles 7 - 11.]
   Return of Prisoners taken at Fort Cornwallis, June 5.
