(By permission.) At the Theatre, on Thursday the 23d
instant, will be presented, by a set of gentlemen, for
charitable purposes, The Gamester, A Tragedy.
To which will be added, the farce, called, The Lying Varlet.
The door to be opened at five o'clock, and the curtain to
rise at half past six.
Tickets to be had of Capt Field, Mr. Sheftall, and Mr.
Polack, in Broughton Street. Price 4s.8d.
No person will be admitted behind the scenes, and no money
taken at the door.
