A Fable, by the celebrated Linneus, translated from the
Latin.
Once upon a time the Seven Wise Men of Greece were met
together at Athens, and it was proposed, that every one of
the them shou'd mention what he thought the greatest wonder
in the creation. . . [they journey to the moon and meet some
beautiful young ladies.] A fine concert of musick is
introduced; the young ones begin to dance, and all is turned
to jollity, so that this whole day was spent in gallantry, .
