London . . . Sept. 30.  Yesterday morning early her Majesty
was . . . safely delivered of a Princess between 6 and 7
o'clock.  The news of this happy event was communicated to
the publick by the firing of the Tower guns at noon, which
was followed by the ringing of bells and other tokens of
joy.
