Franckfort, March 29.  The day before yesterday being fixed
for the election of a King of the Romans, the electoral
ambassadors and the three ecclesiastical electors in person,
assembled about nine in the morning at the Romer.  At half
an hour past ten they repaired with a numerous and brilliant
retinue to the cathedral . . .  [6 lines: Archduke Joseph
elected]  The new King of the Romans was then proclaimed
with a loud voice by the Elector of Mentz, who afterward
chaunted Te Deum amidst the ringing of all the bells in the
city, and under a discharge of 300 cannon. . .
