Saturday last, being the anniversary of the birth of his
Most Christian Majesty, the day was ushered in by the
ringing of bells; and a royal salute fired from the
artillery. . . [5 lines]
The officers them proceeded to Spring Garden, where an
elegant entertainment was provided, at which were present,
by invitation, the militia officers who lately arrived in
this city, from Charlestown and Augustine. . . [13 toasts]
