Last Monday evening Elisha Hutchinson one of the consignees
arrived at the house of Col. Watson of Plymouth, his father-
in law.  The people obtained knowledge of it, they tolled
the bells in a solemn manner, and there was speedily a great
appearance of them before the house. . .
