New-York, November 21.  Extract of a letter dated at Quebec,
October 30.
[Report of a shipment of tea being landed in Charlestown,
and disbursed.]
. . . that Capt. Moore arrived there from Philadelphia the
4th of Nov. with the delegates from the Congress, who were
received by their fellow citizens with the ringing of bells,
&c. and that on the 5th of November the inhabitants of
Charlestown gave up most of the tea they had in their houses
to be burnt in one general bonfire.
