Boston, March 18. Yesterday morning an officer of the 64th
regiment and one of the privates, ran from Dorchester Neck
Point to the Town House in this town: The officer arrived in
40 minutes, and the private in about 7 minutes after him: it
is computed to be full 7 miles, and the road very miry.---
Considerable betts we hear were laid by the officers of that
regiment for the Benefit of a Ball.
