London, June 5.  This morning about five o'clock, the Queen
was taken in labour, and a quarter before six was safely
delivered of a Prince.  Her Majesty and the young Prince are
as well as can be expected.  On this occasion the flags were
displayed and the bells were set a ringing, in order to
announce the happy event.
