From the Antigua Chronicle of the 22d of March.  Extract of
a letter from Dublin, Jan. 29.
At two o'clock yesterday afternoon, the Royal and Volunteer
armies of this city, in conjunction under the command of
Lieut. Gen. J. Burgoyne, and General the Right Hon. Earl
Charlemont, drew up on the north quays, and made a grand fue
de joy on the occasion of the signatures of the
preliminaries for a general peace.  At night the city was
elegantly illuminated and concluded with ringing of bells,
bonfires, &c.
